`jq` Installer Incorrect

This [link](https://winget.run/pkg/stedolan/jq) is currently comes when you search for `jq` on `winget.run`. This command currently fails. 

According to the [official site](https://jqlang.org/download/), you install `jq` by running `winget install jqlang.jq`

Can this be updated in the registry?
