When turning OFF and the DDP is Live the Relay is not going OFF

What happened?

If has DDP live and pressing to turn off the leds, the relay is still on.

To Reproduce Bug

1. Live DDP
2. Turn leds off

Expected Behavior

The relay to be turned off

Live data take precedence over WLED state by design.

But it is not right. If the leds are off, the relay also should be off.

Once live data is no longer received, relay will be switched off.
