How to unselect any selected text in a pdf?

I want to unselect the selected pdf text when i click at any blank space in the pdf document. Is it possible?
If yes, can anyone help me with this?

Eg: Want to unselect the text by clicking anywhere in the blank space( white Area).
PS: It works if i just click somewhere around the text area
