Objective
As part of the settings synchronization project, we want to make Stripe a single source of truth by using the Stripe configuration API

The new API request can probably live in WC_Stripe_API.

Task

• Create a feature branch to control the release of settings synchronization.
• Fetch Stripe settings with Stripe configuration API

Acceptance criteria

• An API should be created to help retrieve payment configuration settings
• We should be able to retrieve and log the Stripe configuration settings for a merchant
