Context. Activity page is per-chain. Users with multi-chain wraith wallets want one merged timeline (paired with SDK issue #4).

Scope.

• Extend Activity page with an "All chains" filter.
• Rows show a chain icon.
• Sort by timestamp; deep-link per row to per-chain explorer.
• Preserve per-chain view as a filter option.

Acceptance.

• "All chains" merges Stellar events with placeholder-empty other chains today
• Rows render chain icons
• Deep-link per row correct
