Quick documentation update for Zotero 8

Just a tiny remark: In the [commands description](https://github.com/wshanks/Zutilo/blob/master/docs/COMMANDS.md), it says Zutilo preferences can be accessed through the Tools Menu. At least in Zotero 8.0.3 with zutilo 4.1.0., they are under Edit/Settings.
