Description:

This issue is created to report the healthcare data mapping related issues experienced with the Bal data mapper. Following are the sub issues identified as a list

• Issue in initializing identifier array
• Issue in initializing assigner field
• Issue in creating custom data mapping function for two mappings
• Issue in loading enum values.
• Issue in loading extensions in the datatypes

Steps to reproduce:
