Feature Request: Fan Speed Trigger

My computer is beefy.  As such CPU utilization > x isn't a good trigger for me.  However, when I'm doing lots of stuff, my fan will kick on.  Can we create a fan speed trigger?

If you think it's a good idea, I'm happy to contribute a PR.
