Import to custom list

According to this part of the Trakt API this should be possible. It shouldn't be too hard, I'll try and figure it out.

For anyone looking in to this functionality, I've implemented them in a fork available here. I'd also be happy to make a pull request for this repo, but it looks like a) xbgmsharp is still reviewing my outstanding PRs b) my changes might be a bit too opinionated, so in the meantime feel free to check that out.
