Display a games list if the dashboard is not present

Displaying a games list similar to how PCSX2 or RPCS3 does it if the dashboard is not present, would be an great quality of life upgrade. Instead of just seeing the basic 'Please insert disc' screen, it could show stuff like playtime, region, compatibility etc. This also has the potential to let you see issues with a certain game without going onto the website itself, making it more convenient.

I'm not against a better game selection interface, but in my opinion this feature really seems better suited to a game/emulator launcher, instead of being recreated in every emulator project.
