Bug Description

When you play in fullscreen mode, in cutscenes there is audio delay.

  • run game.
  • go into fullscreen.
  • select mission, and check if audio is in sync. It isn't. (to be precise - audio plays before action on screen)
  • exit from fullscreen
  • go to main menu, and start same mission, and now audio is in sync.

Windowed.

( above capture ended up with 20fps export, while game performs with solid 60fps, so its bit exaggerated )

Expected Behavior

In windowed and fullscreen audio should stay in sync.

Additional Context

Initially thought this is may be due to performance fluctuations, but occurs on 4X or on 1X render scale.
Tested with and without Real-time DSP processing option, and didn't felt significant difference.
