When you play in fullscreen mode, in cutscenes there is audio delay.
run game.
go into fullscreen.
select mission, and check if audio is in sync. It isn't. (to be precise - audio plays before action on screen)
exit from fullscreen
go to main menu, and start same mission, and now audio is in sync.
Windowed.

Fullscreen.

( above capture ended up with 20fps export, while game performs with solid 60fps, so its bit exaggerated )
( this could be better sample https://youtu.be/wd-xLLXbDrk?t=861 )
Expected Behavior
In windowed and fullscreen audio should stay in sync.
