Bug Description

Increasing the resolution scale above 1x causes the top-left icon to break and displays a line along the side. This issue has existed on the PC version for years, so if it's fixed here, this would be one of only two versions, alongside the Xbox One/Series, where the HUD renders correctly at resolutions higher than 480p.
