Output of Query Results

As a user, I would like to see the output of my query results.

## Acceptance Criteria
* Output to text box (if selected)
* Output to GridView (if selected)
* Toolbar item for Text, GridView
* Hotkey to switching output type (_SSMS style_)
    * Ctrl+T
    * Ctrl+D

## Not in Scope
* Hotkey for hiding results pane
* Output results to file (_Ctrl+Shift+F_)
