Compile error on Windows about QUICK START demo

Step 5 : Install dependencies
pip install -e fwk_voice_deps/xscope_fileio
cd fwk_voice_deps/xscope_fileio/host
cmake -G "Ninja" .
ninja
cd ../../../

I get the following errors， please help !
