Jitter in IFGs measured using the Intona HW debugger #168
Description
As described in https://xmosjira.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/Ethernet/pages/4608327685/TX+Interframe+Gap, the interframe gaps in packets transmitted from the device, when measured using the timestamps captured by the debugger show jitter.
As a result we're not able to use these for checking for min IFG violation by the device and have to rely on IFGs probed from the device, which requires change to the Mac code for probing timestamps.
As part of this issue, investigate if the jitter can be improved by changing any settings in the debugger.
