quadflash.h is under target/include, but xcc does not include it #197
Description
quadflash.h is under target/include, but xcc default system include path didn't have the path of target/include.
xcc -E -v -xc nul output can confirm this.
Also libquadspi.a is missing in both target/lib/vx4a and target/lib/vx4b
