The linux driver doesn't support undervolting. Undervolting is lowering the operational voltage of the chips, which this does not do.

Okay, how else would you then call what this thing does? On my system, I can save around 100W (285 instead of 385) when running an LLM with almost no speed loss (33.5 tokens per second vs 35 tps).

No idea, honestly. What is the top clock when using the offset? Is it 1695-200? Limiting to just 1695 turns off turbo. Also no go on coolbits without first running an X server on cards. nvidia were jerks like that. In my case the only way to alter memory/core clocks is to start a 2nd x and the shut it down after applying settings.
