Chapter 5 glados scene impossibly dark.

the scene when you need to push the button in chapter 5 is unbearably dark is there a way to fix this? also the little animations that play in the elevators are all in black and white.

You either need to spawn lights by using utilizing the [LIGHT] section in the map_settings.toml file or by spawning a marker [MARKER] section -> take a capture with remix -> load capture in the remix toolkit -> attach lights to that marker

The black and white movies are a known issue but nothing can be done about that for now

Is this mod still under development? Will this be implemented in the future?

It is not really in the scope of this mod. This mod merely makes the game compatible with remix. It is generally up to other people to "remaster" the game and that also means fixing up dark areas and such.

It might make it into the base remix mod that is available with the compatibility mod but I have lots of other projects on my plate so time is limited.
