I am currently a B Tech student and a beginner in Machine Learning. I am having a hard time setting up the code. Therefore, I request you @xtarx to please add instructions to the README specifying libraries (with their exact version numbers) and steps (in detail, if possible) required to replicate this paper's results using the given code. I am sure this will help many first timers like me. Thank You
