How to search specific column with builder

I've read the documentation completely. I want to do a separate search filter on different columns. However, I couldn't find any information in the doc.
I've following code.

It works for all columents that i make.

Scripts:

In this case, the search is working for all columns. But I want to do a separate search filter for each column. How should I do this?
I added ->ajax() function as follow. But it also doesn't work.

But it doesn't work. I want to search for exactly one column (to filter by several separate inputs)
Can anyone help to solve this problem?
