Thank you for setting up this repository. I'm really looking forward to be able to leverage [declarations] in order to finally be able to use the latest version of flow. This new feature will certainly help flow's adoption.
I seems to struggle with this new feature even beyond this bug report. For instance, wouldn't it be a good rule of thumb to ignore the node_modules folder by default? Like <PROJECT_ROOT>/node_modules/.* ? Why in this example project declaration files are added one by one?
