Consider replacing wrap-ansi with fast-wrap-ansi

A recently published fast-wrap-ansi, authored by a reputable community member, claims to be 10x faster (benchmarks are included in the repo) while being half the size of wrap-ansi. It supports Node.js 18+, which is in line with what cliui currently supports (20+). Might be worth a try!

cliui is currently using the family of string-width, strip-ansi, and wrap-ansi.

We do care about package size, but I think not enough to jump straight onto a fresh package. Thanks for mention though.

it is early days still so may make sense to wait for some more growth - however, its worth noting we use this in clack already (a popular CLI framework), but bundle it so the download count won't show this.

moving to it would mean you'd depend on fast-wrap-ansi and fast-string-width (deep dependency). both are much faster and much smaller than the older wrap-ansi family of inter-dependent packages.
