Local test execution tools are broken

These tools are not working right now.

sh test-local.sh default

sh test-local.sh mssql

sh test-local.sh pgsql

sh test-local.sh caching

I plan to fix them. I think it would be great to be able to run tests locally.

All docker images need to be updated, must be synchronized with the images used in ci.

Yes, I've almost fixed everything :)
Most of the problems were with mssql

I also think that cubrid should be deleted. I don't think it's worth trying to restore it.
