Apple Disk swap support and change exit key

I successfully run Apple II software on ArcadeMania and so delighted to have Apple II softwares run on my iPad at last. However the problem was I couldn’t swap disks and for games like Ultima need to use ESC key on the software but it just pops up exit menu so could you put ROM swap button feature and change ESC to other key like command ~?
