Create sample places & categories for new Users

When a new users join without adding a group ( I imagine when registering a user can join a group right away but doesn't have to) and if they do not, we should get their location and pre-populate their account with places and categories from google maps based on their location.

Combine this with the idea that every user can really be their own group and I think we have a good idea going.
