[Bug] Select menu options doesn't display when at bottom of page

🐞 Bug Description

The select menu collapses into a tiny "pill" when select is at the bottom of the screen

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. create select at bottom of the webpage
2. click on select to view options
3. See error

📷 Expected Behavior

The select menu item should orient upwards and show the options
