Deleting a note does not fully delete it

How to replicate:

1. Go to your demo page: http://jnottery.com/examples/simple-selection/#
2. Highlight some text and add a note. Close the note.
3. Click back on the note, and this time delete it. The highlighting will disappear.
4. However, if you click back on the same text (where the highlighting used to be), the note will still show up.

Perhaps this has to do with the differences in how your demo pages work. For example, on your homepage jnottery.com, when you create a note, you cannot edit it/delete it. On this demo page, you can edit it/delete it, but it has the deletion problem as stated above. Finally, on another demo page (http://jnottery.com/examples/note-list/#), all functions appear to work well.
