The problem
Hardwares:
FRIENT Electricity Meter Interface 2, LED
Works With Home Assistant differs from other certification programs as products are rigorously tested in-house to ensure they work seamlessly out of the box with Home Assistant
Problem:
The product specification says: Supports LED pulses (configurable pulse range from 50 to 10.000 pulses per kWh)
But it cannot be changed by ZHA.

My energy meter is 4000 pulses/kWh.
The standard setting, that cannot be changed, is 1000 pulses/kWh, resulting an error on the measurements by a factor of 4X
