Noir is used by many projects currently and it is a good frontend
These teams are building circuits with Noir

• zkemail
• Anon Aadhaar
• zk-passport
• ...
  If Noir backend is audited or there is other secure backend, it will be adopted widely

Support Noir in mopro-ffi

• generate_noir_proof
• verify_noir_proof
  There is a Noir rust wrapper https://github.com/zkpassport/noir_rs
  and mobile native templates
  https://github.com/madztheo/noir-react-native-starter

Acceptance criteria

• add feature flag for noir
• support generate_noir_proof, verify_noir_proof
