Release nightly builds from github actions

At present, ZMK doesn't have any release builds and pointing users to use the artefacts from the main branch github actions.
We can make the github actions to make nightly builds and release it.

New users who want to try ZMK in the existing board can do it immediately without setting up local config
Might be easy for dev cycle also
