Open games don't refresh

Hi

I have to leave my games and go to open games then back to my games so that they refresh? They only show the last state and don't show that orders are waiting unless I do this. Minor problem but I could miss an order.

What do you mean refresh?

• Do you mean that when you have entered orders you need to close and reopen to see the orders you entered?
  or
• Do you mean that when a phase resolves and a new phase is created you need to close and reopen to see the new phase?
  or
• Do you mean something completely different?

Hi Thanks for getting back to me. When I look at my games I get the first picture. Once I click open games and look and then go back to My games I get the second screenshot. I am using an Android Phone Oneplus 5 . It always worked but stopped for some reason. Alright, so do I understand you correctly that you have a game (The Free-for-all of the Aberrant...) where you have actually marked READY, but it doesn't show in your 'My Games' until you go to 'Open Games' and then back to 'My Games' agai?

Mainly the games aren't refreshing. So if I didn't do my trick, the time would stay at 24 hr and the clock wouldn't change to black and white. It would stay all black. New chats don't show up either unless I refresh. I have tried reinstalling the app but no change. Thanks for looking into this for me Karl

Have you checked that your push messages are turned on? In main menu -> Settings -> Push messages?

Without those, the app won't know to update when games or chat messages arrive.

Can you create a private 2 player game with yourself (using another account), and document the exact steps to follow to cause this failure to update?
When I tried it worked, so I need a script to reproduce the error :/
