Revise the wording on the Zowe V3 CLI badge #2338

The V3 CLI badge is inconsistent with the other component badges (see below).

Request to OMP is to revise the CLI badge to drop the word "Zowe" so that it reads "CLI" on the top line.

@RASakach I'll put in a ticket with Creative Services to change the wording from "CLI Zowe" to "CLI" on all versions of the badge.
