Reviewed the origin/main...HEAD changes across config, workflow routing, Linear filtering, and tests, with focus on regressions and contract stability; no functional bugs were identified in the implemented behavior, and the multi-project routing/polling refactor is internally consistent with updated tests. Executed required quality gates successfully: bun run check, bun run typecheck, and bun test (52 passing, 0 failing).
