Review passed for WOR-67. Validated the rename-session scope: the header edit flow saves through the existing update mutation/API, cache replacement updates the selected header and sidebar/list session data, realtime updates merge newer titles, and focused tests cover trim, no-op, failure, PATCH payload, and cache replacement behavior.
