Fixes bootstrap integration CI failures after adding dispatch exception aggregation.\n\n- Adds agg_count to the H2 integration-test schema so it matches the MyBatis entity and production migration\n\nValidated locally:\n- The missing agg_count SQL error is resolved in targeted bootstrap integration test run\n- Remaining local output is affected by local Java 25/runtime scheduling differences; CI uses JDK 21.
