CTHconstants.ini has a parameter RECOIL_COUNTER_AUTO_WEAPONS_DIVISOR, while the code is trying to read parameter RECOIL_COUNTER_ACCURACY_AUTO_WEAPONS_DIVISOR resulting in this value always being the default 2.0.
