The original starter code ran into versioning issues when running
bundle install. This PR updates theGemfileto resolve versioning conflicts for the gems when installing them.The PR also contains dependency configuration changes due to major conflicts caused by the
shakapackergem.The
contexts.rakefile was updated to skip the test db preparation, which was preventing data from loading into SQLite.
