Adds MCP Risk Inventory to the Tools section. It is a Node CLI and GitHub Action for static MCP/client config risk checks: local stdio commands, unpinned package runners, secret-like env exposure, broad filesystem grants, remote URLs, tool schema drift, and unknown registries.
