About the PR

Adds a 9000 dollar buy for a 3 man Weyland-Yutani Corporate Commando team.
Commandos are equipped with m5x equipment, AP ammo, a M41A/2, including 6 m12 blast grenades.

Why / Balance

More civilian / colony third parties as pinned in YMLmisc discord channel.
The commandos are not quite deathsquad level but still have good gear.
Their main objective is protecting Weyland facilities and assets.
They will always listen to orders from the highest ranking superior (without admin nudging).
They cost 9000 dollars so they're quite an expensive buy.
