@kariabancroft || Painful experience with Git: This afternoon, I wanted to commit some changes that I created yesterday's morning. After committing, I recognized that a lot of weird coverage files within 'lib' folder were committed along with my main files. In panic, I reverted the HEAD and used garbage collector to sweep off the wrong commit. JUST THEN I realized by switching the HEAD back to my last hash on Wednesday, I wiped out whatever progress I made on Thursday's morning: tons of methods and specs. ^$#^&$^&^@! And so I had to start afresh from where I had left on Wednesday...
Moral of the story: Before doing that dangerous 'revert HEAD', I should have made a copy of my main files in somewhere else to preserve my latest work. And beware of that garbage collector...
