Small end-to-end test task for the Relayflow factory.
Add a short "Troubleshooting" section near the end of README.md with 2-3 bullet points covering where to look when burn reports no data (for example: confirm the agent history directory exists and re-run the ingest command the README already documents). Only use commands and paths the README or repo already mention; do not add new tooling.
