Proximity Chat Utility for NexusTK.

This program requires .NET 9.0, get it here (win x64): https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-9.0.7-windows-x64-installer

Download the .zip
Copy VERSION.dll from the zip into your NexusTK folder
Copy the ProxChatTK folder to somewhere the program is allowed to write to - your desktop works!
Then run Nexus as normal and run the ProxChatTK.exe from the folder.
