Adds fallback support for distributions that use the /boot/grub2 configuration directory.
Enable fallback to "grub2-script-check" if default script check is not found

Allows grub update script to run properly on distributions that use "grub2" nomenclature (such as Fedora). Enables fallback /boot/grub2 directory and grub2-script-check support if the defaults are missing.
