Tutorials 8.0.3

This release of the AnyBody Tutorials contains a few important update to the Muscle Modeling Tutorials, lesson 6. The lesson now includes the new "Recruited actuators" introduced in AnyBody 8.

The release also fixes an issue where the some highlighting was missing when viewed with the dark-mode theme.
