arcsolve release 0.1.0 — changelog.d 조각 41개(서비스·스킬·코어·하드닝·배포·datagokr)를 CHANGELOG.md [0.1.0] - 2026-06-05로 확정·소비, [Unreleased] 비움. __version__·server.json 0.1.0. 첫 공개 릴리스 내용: 25 서비스 + 6 스킬 + 공유 코어(http/oauth·opt-in retry·SSRF 가드·에러 마스킹·data.go.kr 공유 헬퍼) + 보안 하드닝 + 배포 도구(uvx·release·server.json) + 라이브 드리프트. 태그/게시는 검토 후 수동(PR 설명). release.yml이 태그↔버전 게이트 + sdist 가드 후 PyPI 게시.
