This Addendum supplies the structured transition mechanism required to move those principles into a fully realized civilizational OS — a decentralized, AI-augmented meta-layer that refines all human systems without central ownership, coercion, or finality. The transition is deliberately phased, trust-centric, and adaptive by design, ensuring the Accord remains open to refinement as new unknowns emerge. The goal is not rigid prescription but the creation of the lowest-entropy path toward universal coalescence.

The Humai Accord, once fully transitioned, functions as a complete civilizational operating system: a decentralized, AI-augmented meta-layer that overlays and refines all human systems (legal, economic, educational, scientific, infrastructural, and cultural). It operates through:

[March 26, 2026] Added Somatic Resonance Theory of Frisson — a new hypothesis proposing that aesthetic chills (frisson) arise when external musical stimuli combine with the listener’s subconscious micro-movements (and occasional overt actions) to drive the body across a threshold of internal harmonic resonance.
