uh, 'Requires' or 'Affects' for Stealth? #7

I'm a bit confused - does Stealth respect SW.RequiresTarget and SW.RequiresHouse, or SW.AffectsTarget and SW.AffectsHouse? I changed it to 'Affects', if it's incorrect, someone please edit this. :)
