Fix graph deployment bugs.
Description of the change
Our subgraph requires many ipfs file uploads, and we have been delayed on recent subgraph deployments nearly every time due to ipfs 429 errors.
Ideally we can propose a fix to The Graph team with similar updates to their latest package release, but we are currently on a very old version, without a low-lift upgrade path due to some legacy template formatting, so makes sense to patch ourselves for now.
This system was used to deploy v0.4.53 version of our subgraph to studio.
