The header line always shows the host name, the end date and end time when
the sample has been taken, the current options that are active (only in text
mode), and the elapsed time (duration) of the sample. The verb 'PAUSED' will
be shown behind the time when

is currently paused with the 'z' key.

The first sample shows the system level activity since boot
(the elapsed time in the header shows the time since boot).
