The subgraph optimistically updates the "claimable" amounts during undelegate stake from a delegator.
But, if the undelegation is still pending and the operator removed the delegator, then the delegator is stuck in a weird state where it has the optimistic updates from the undelegate request, but the remove delegator overrides the values.
Code is untested, but a reference to how the fix should be implemented
